Membership

One membership.

Majori Manor is private, and membership is the arrangement by which it is used. There is one membership. It covers the estate.

There are no tiers. What is open to one member is open to every member, and nothing here is arranged so that somebody can be further inside it than somebody else.

Members bring guests. A good deal of what happens at the estate happens because somebody brought someone.

Members and guests

Members bring guests.

The estate is private, and it is not solitary.

A membership is one person's, and most of what happens here happens because that person brought somebody with them — to a table, to a court, to an evening in the house.

What that asks of a member is the thing the estate asks of everybody: that the rooms stay quiet enough to talk in.

Applications

How applications are handled.

Every application is read individually. That is the whole of it, and it is why no time is quoted against it.

The form asks what the estate needs to know. There is nothing to attach and nothing further to send.

If a member referred you, saying so is useful. It is not a requirement.
